At FOUR Amsterdam, we want you to be fully satisfied with your luxury purchase. If your items are not a perfect fit, you can return or exchange them within 14 days of receipt, provided they are in their original, unworn condition with all tags attached.
Registration
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Packaging
Securely place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer boxes, dust bags, and authenticity cards are included to avoid a restocking fee.
Shipping
Attach the provided return shipping label to your package and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or one of our boutiques.
Refund Processing
Once our quality control team inspects and approves your return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
